Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm are typically dispatched the same day.

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days. Free on orders over $150. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days. Available at checkout. Express Shipping: Next business day. Available at checkout.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

To be eligible for return, items must be: - Unworn and in original condition - With all tags attached - In original packaging where applicable

How to start a return: Log into your account, go to Orders, select the item, and choose Return. You'll receive a prepaid return label by email within one business day.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. You'll be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour. Start the process the same way as a return and note what you'd like instead. We'll ship your exchange as soon as your return is received.
