Licensing & Delivery

Every production delivered by AlphaZeroVision includes a written commercial license. The following terms govern how you may use the files we deliver.\n\nScope of License\n\nAll deliveries include a commercial license for the specific use case agreed at the time of commission: advertising, film, TV, social, streaming, or broadcast. The license is worldwide and perpetual unless otherwise agreed in writing.\n\nRetainer productions carry an expanded license covering all output produced under the engagement, for all commercial purposes.\n\nFile Delivery\n\nVideo productions are delivered as 4K ProRes masters and H.264 delivery files. Audio productions are delivered as 320kbps stereo masters with separated stems. Delivery is made via secure file transfer within the timeline agreed at booking.\n\nRevision Policy\n\nEvery production includes one structured revision round. Revisions are submitted against the original brief. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before any additional production begins.\n\nOwnership\n\nAlphaZeroVision retains the right to include productions in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing at the time of commission. Retainer clients may request a portfolio exclusion for any production. Requests are honored within 48 hours of submission.
