For video commissions, share reference imagery, a mood board, or any visual direction that captures the atmosphere you are after. For music commissions, describe the emotional register — tense, expansive, intimate, abrasive — and share reference tracks.
Production begins upon brief review and deposit confirmation. A concept note is sent at the midpoint. Final master files and your licensing PDF are delivered through secure transfer.

Do I need a complete brief before booking?
No. The Project Discovery Call is designed specifically for projects where the brief is still forming. After the call, we provide a written direction proposal and a recommended production path.
When does production begin?
Production begins once the deposit is confirmed and the brief is reviewed — typically within one business day of booking.
How do I share reference materials?
The intake form at booking includes fields for reference links and notes. For large files — mood boards, scripts, brand asset packs — use the document upload at check-in or share a cloud link in the notes field.
What is the revision policy?
Every production includes one structured revision round. Additional revision scope is quoted transparently before any further work begins.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Retainer engagements are governed by the signed scope-of-work agreement.
