Book a Creative Direction Consultation first if you need help shaping the brief, or go straight to the relevant production service if you already know your format and scope. All bookings are confirmed after deposit payment.
Do I need to provide a brief before booking?
No — the intake questionnaire at booking captures the essential brief details. The Creative Direction Consultation is the right service if you want structured guidance before production begins.
How long does a project take?
Short-form video: 5–7 business days from brief approval. Long-form video: 10–14 business days. Single music track: 5 business days. Music production pack: 7–10 business days. Rush delivery is available on request.
What formats do you deliver?
Video: H.264 master (up to 4K) and ProRes on request. Music: 48kHz 24-bit WAV master + MP3, with full stems available. All deliveries include a signed commercial licensing PDF.
Can I buy just the music stems without a new commission?
Yes — stems for previously delivered music commissions are available as a separate purchase in the Licenses & Files shop.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards. Deposits are collected securely at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.
